1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Area Exploiter website and services (the “Service”), operated by Coach Joey at Fix & Scale Your Business (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What the Service is

We generate a free, personalized Local Opportunity Report based on the information you submit. We may also offer:

• A 30-minute paid Strategy Call with Coach Joey ($89)
• A personalized GTM Implementation Workbook (normally $149, included free with the Strategy Call)
• Optional follow-on coaching and consulting offers

3. The free report

The report is provided free of charge for your business’s use. You may print it, share it internally, and act on it. You may not resell it as your own product or use it to deceive third parties. The report is generated by AI using the information you provide and public data sources, and represents our best-effort opportunity analysis — not a guarantee of business outcomes.

4. The $89 Strategy Call — double-money-back guarantee

When you book the Strategy Call, you pay $89 through our booking and payment processor. Here’s the guarantee, in plain English:

• If at the end of the 30-minute call you don’t feel it was worth your time, reply to our email and tell us. No forms. No conditions. You are the judge.
• We refund the $89 in full and Venmo you another $89 on top — that’s the “double money back.”
• The GTM Implementation Workbook is yours to keep either way.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the call. We reserve the right to deny abuse (e.g., booking, taking, and refund-requesting repeatedly across emails).

5. The GTM Implementation Workbook

The Workbook is delivered as a digital document generated specifically for your business when you book the Strategy Call. It is licensed to you for your internal use. You may not resell or redistribute it as your own product.

6. Your account & submission

You agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business named. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (if any) secure.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, the report templates, the workbook, the videos, the site copy, and all related materials are owned by us. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the materials we deliver to you for your own business. We retain all other rights. You retain ownership of the business information you submit.

9. AI-generated content

Significant parts of the report and workbook are generated using AI. We do our best to make them accurate, useful, and tailored to you — but AI can make mistakes. Always apply your own judgment before acting on a specific recommendation, especially anything involving legal, tax, financial, or safety considerations.

10. No business-results guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, lead volume, or growth result. The Service provides analysis, frameworks, and recommendations — your results depend on your effort, market conditions, execution, and many factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies reflect the experience of specific operators and are not typical or guaranteed.

11. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers (hosting, email, AI, booking/payment, video). We are not responsible for the practices, outages, or terms of those providers. Booking and payment are handled by our third-party processor under their terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which, for free-report users, is $0). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
