We use your information for one thing only: to generate your free Local Opportunity Report and the personalized assets that go with it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party marketers, data brokers, or list buyers — ever. If you want everything deleted, email us and we delete it.
1. Who we are
Area Exploiter is operated by Coach Joey at Fix & Scale Your Business (“we,” “us,” “our”). You can reach us by replying to any email we send you or at the contact address shown on this site.
2. What we collect
When you fill out the lead form, we collect:
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Your business name, city, and state
- What you sell, who your customers are, and (optionally) revenue, team size, biggest growth challenge, website, Google Business Profile, and social profile links
- Optional ownership designations (woman-, minority-, veteran-owned) so we can surface set-aside / certified-vendor opportunities
- Standard technical data (IP address, browser, referrer, UTM parameters) collected automatically by our hosting provider
That’s it. We never ask for, store, or process payment-card data ourselves — when you book a paid call, the transaction is handled by our third-party booking and payment processor.
3. How we use it
- To generate your personalized Local Opportunity Report
- To email you the report (and, if you book a paid call, the GTM Implementation Workbook)
- To follow up via email or text about your report — you can opt out at any time
- To improve the product (anonymized, aggregated insights only — never your personal information)
4. What we will never do
- Sell your information to anyone, for any reason
- Rent or trade your information with third-party marketers or data brokers
- Add you to lists you didn’t sign up for
- Share your information with your competitors
5. Who we share it with (limited service providers)
We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate the service. They only receive what they need to do their job and are contractually required to keep your data confidential:
- Email delivery (Resend) — to send you your report and follow-ups
- Hosting & database (Vercel and Supabase) — to run the site and store your submission
- AI report generation (Anthropic) — your business inputs are sent to generate the report text; Anthropic does not train on this data per their API terms
- Personalized video (Tavus) — to render the personalized video that accompanies your report
- Booking & CRM (GoHighLevel and our calendar tool) — only if you book a call
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to (e.g., subpoena, court order) or to protect against fraud or abuse of the service.
6. Cookies & tracking
We use minimal cookies for functionality (e.g., keeping you signed in if you have an account) and standard analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not run third-party ad-retargeting pixels by default. If we ever add advertising pixels, we’ll update this page.
7. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our cloud providers. Access is restricted to people who need it to operate the service. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data like it’s our own.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your submission and report for as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete it. If you want everything deleted, email us and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
9. Your rights
- Access — ask for a copy of the information we have on you
- Correction — ask us to fix anything inaccurate
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out — unsubscribe from emails any time via the link in the email footer

10. Children
The service is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
